Cracks in the Parking
Cracks in the ceiling. Anyone seen this? They should send an architect/engineer down to verify the structure is safe. What if the cracks get larger & longer. What about the potential risks of it coming down?

Yeah, noticed this when I moved in too. Cracks that ran from the elevators and splintered off to other areas... Supposedly the cracks are a "normal" process of concrete curing, that can be minimized with appropriate joint cuts in the concrete. A civil engineer I know who works for City and County also saw the same thing during open house.

Think they were trying to seal the cracks last month... No way to tell if it's only cosmetic.

Hmmm... Some cracking shows up on the second floor also. Hope they re-check the structure when everyone starts using it and there's more traffic.

Stall Width
Anyone notice some stalls are narrower than others, even though they are marked as standard?

First Floor Cracks
Took my camera down to the first floor parking. Can we prevent/fix this? I'm worried about collapsing & someone getting hurt.

I am also concerned about the cracks, moreso than other items on the community punchlist. PCL did try to fix them early on, but as mentioned previously- are the fixes just cosmetic? Should we expect more of these cracks over time?
